How do I create a checklist?

You can create custom checklists and configure individual tasks with specific scheduling, scoring, and photo requirements.

Steps to create a checklist

  1. Go to Quality in the left-hand menu and select Checklists.

  2. Click Add Checklist in the top right corner.

  3. Enter the checklist name and click Save.

Adding tasks to your checklist

  1. Click Add Task in the top right corner.

  2. Enter the task name (e.g., "Mop floors").

  3. Configure the task settings:

Frequency 

Set when the task should appear:

  • Every day: Task appears daily (default setting).
  • Weekly: Select specific days of the week.
  • Monthly: Select which week and day of the month.

Start Date

Select when the task should begin appearing.

Scoring Template

Choose a scoring template for the task:

  • Use the default template that comes with Clean Smarts.
  • Select a custom scoring template you've created.

Photo Requirements

Require photos for the task:

  • Set the percentage of time a photo is required (0-100%).
  • 100%: Photo required every time.
  • 50%: Photo randomly required half the time.

Display Settings

Choose where the task appears:

  • Cleaner's checklist: For daily task completion.
  • Inspection only: Task appears only for supervisor inspections.

  1. Click Save to add the task to your checklist.

You can edit or delete tasks at any time by clicking on the task options.
