How do I view ratings for my building?
Open Quality > Ratings in the web portal to see public cleanliness ratings for the buildings you can access. Filter by date and location to review star scores and comments.
Use Ratings to review public cleanliness scores for rooms and areas in your building. These ratings come from people who scan a public feedback QR code and choose a star score. This is not a form for rating your cleaner, and it is not the same as an inspection score.
Applies to: Building-client customer users in the Clean Smarts web portal. Your cleaning company must give you the Customer role (or Issue (Customer)) and access to the building. The Clean Smarts mobile app does not have a Ratings screen.
Before You Start
- Sign in to the Clean Smarts web portal. Ratings are not available in the mobile app.
- You only see ratings for buildings your cleaning company has given you access to.
- If Quality > Ratings is missing, ask your cleaning company to confirm your Customer role and location access.
- A rating appears only after someone submits a star score on a public feedback form. If your building does not have those QR codes posted, the list may be empty.
View Ratings in the Web Portal
- In the left-hand menu, open Quality.
- Select Ratings. The page heading is Ratings, with the description View public sublocation ratings.
- Choose a date range. The list defaults to Last 7 Days.
- Choose a location, or select All Locations to see every building you can access.
- Review the list.
Each row can show:
- ID — the rating number
- Score — a 1–5 star cleanliness score
- Description — the comment submitted with the rating
- Reported — the date the rating was submitted
- Location — the building, with the room or area listed underneath when the rating is tied to a specific area
- Source — where the rating came from. Public means someone submitted it from a public feedback QR code
Use Search... to find a comment, location, or rating ID. Use the refresh control to reload the list.
To download the current list, open Export Data and choose Export to Excel, Export to CSV, or Export to PDF.
If the table says No ratings found, widen the date range or change the location filter. An empty list usually means no star ratings were submitted for that period and location.
You cannot add, edit, or delete a rating from this page.
Ratings Are Not on the Mobile App
The Clean Smarts mobile app does not include a Ratings screen. To view ratings, sign in to the web portal on a computer or in a phone browser.
If you need to report a problem from your phone, use Service request. That is a different tool from this Ratings report.
What These Ratings Are — and Are Not
These scores are public cleanliness ratings for a specific area of a building. Someone scans a QR code posted in that area, optionally chooses 1–5 stars, and submits a comment.
They are not:
- A way for you to rate or score your cleaner from inside Clean Smarts
- Inspection scores from a supervisor walkthrough
- Scores you can change after they are submitted
If you want QR codes posted so tenants or visitors can leave ratings, ask your cleaning company. They set those codes up on the location.
Tips and Troubleshooting
I do not see Ratings under Quality. Ask your cleaning company to confirm that your user has the Customer role (or Issue (Customer)) and access to the building.
The list says No ratings found. Try Last 30 Days or Last 90 Days, and set the location to All Locations. If it is still empty, the company may not be collecting public ratings at your building yet.
I only see one building. You only see locations your cleaning company assigned to you. Ask them if a building is missing.
I was looking for inspection scores. Open Quality > Inspections when that option is available. Ratings and inspections are different reports.
I want to leave a rating myself. This page is view-only. If a public feedback QR code is posted in the building, scan it with your phone camera. If there is no code, ask your cleaning company.
