How do I view my hours and timesheet on the mobile app?

View your clock-in and clock-out history by work week, pay period, or a custom date range, then confirm that you reviewed your hours.

Use My hours to check your own clock-in and clock-out times, time at each location, and total hours for a selected date range.

Applies to: Employees with the Timetracking (Cleaner) module. Managers with Timetracking (Manage) can also see the tile. Contractors do not see My hours in the mobile app.

Open Your Hours

  1. Open the Clean Smarts mobile app and go to HOME.
  2. Find the My hours tile. The number on the tile is your total for the current work week.
  3. Tap My hours. The This work week view opens by default.

The screen groups time entries by day. Each entry shows:

  • The location
  • The clock-in and clock-out times, or now if you are still clocked in
  • The duration of that entry
  • A total below each day
  • Hours: at the bottom for the entire selected range

If one check-in crosses your company's workday boundary, the entry may say This checkin is split across workdays.

View Last Week, a Pay Period, or Other Dates

  1. Tap This work week near the top of the My hours screen.
  2. Select one of these ranges: - This work week - Last work week - This pay period - Last pay period - Custom date range
  3. If you select Custom date range, tap the displayed dates, choose a start and end date, and confirm the range.
  4. Review the entries and the Hours: total for that range.

Your company sets the first day of its work week and its pay-period schedule. This means This work week and This pay period may cover different dates.

Review a Time Entry

With Timetracking (Cleaner) access, tap an entry to see its full details:

  • Check-in:
  • Check-out:
  • Pay code:
  • Your notes:
  • Manager notes:

Employees with Timetracking (Cleaner) can tap Edit to add or update Your notes:. Changing clock-in or clock-out times, pay codes, and manager notes requires manager access. If a time is wrong, add a useful note if your company asks you to, then tell your supervisor what needs to be corrected.

Confirm Your Hours

If your company asks employees to review their time:

  1. Select the work week, pay period, or custom range you need to review.
  2. Check every entry and the Hours: total.
  3. Tap Confirm my hours.

Confirming marks the entries in the selected range as reviewed by you. It does not approve or lock the timesheet, and a manager can still make corrections. The button is unavailable when the range has no entries waiting for your confirmation.

You need an internet connection to load or confirm hours.

Troubleshooting

  • I do not see My hours. Ask an administrator to confirm that your profile has Timetracking (Cleaner). The tile is not shown for contractors. Also update Clean Smarts to the latest app version, then sign out and back in.
  • I cannot find last week's punches. Select Last work week. If you are looking for the previous payroll cycle instead, select Last pay period. Those ranges are not always the same.
  • The screen says Nothing to show. Confirm the selected range. If you clocked in while offline, reconnect and wait for the pending item to upload before reopening My hours.
  • A recent change is missing. Go back to HOME, make sure you are online, and reopen My hours. The screen requests the selected range from Clean Smarts each time it opens.
  • The Home total and My hours differ while I am clocked in. The Home tile is a snapshot, while an open entry continues through now. Reopen the screen after clocking out. Ask a supervisor to investigate if completed entries still disagree.
  • A completed entry or total looks wrong. Do not confirm the range until your supervisor reviews it. Managers should use Time Tracking > Time Detail or Approve Hours in the web portal for payroll review and corrections.
