How do I message individuals or groups?

You can send messages to individual cleaners or create group conversations from both the web app and mobile app.

Go to the Message Center in the main menu at the bottom.
Your messages are organized into three categories:
- Internal Messages: Staff communications
- Customer Messages: Customer communications
- Group Messages: Group conversations
Click the Group Messages tab (or view all message types in the All tab).
Click the message box icon to create a new group message.
Select the users you want to add:
- For a group message: Select multiple users.
- For a one-on-one message: Select only one person.
Start your message and send.

Open the mobile app and go to Messages in the main menu at the bottom.
You'll see the same breakdown: Internal, Customers, and Groups.
To start a new message:
- Tap the plus sign (+) in the bottom right corner.
- Tap Add New Users.
- Select the people you want to message (one person for individual messages, multiple for groups).
Start typing your message and send.

You can communicate with your teams through either platform, and messages will sync across both.
