How do I assign a task to appear on a specific day of the week?

You can configure tasks in your checklists to appear only on certain days of the week or specific weeks of the month.

Schedule a task

  1. Go to Quality > Checklists in the left-hand menu. 

  2. Click the three-dot action menu on the right-hand side > Edit to open the checklist you want to add the task to.

  3. Click Add Task in the top right corner.

  4. Enter the details.

  5. Under Schedule Configuration, select the frequency:

Daily Tasks

  • Leave the default setting for tasks that appear every day.

Weekly Tasks

  • Select Week from the frequency options.

  • Choose which days of the week the task should appear.

  • Change the number to "2" for bi-weekly tasks (e.g., every other week), "3" for every three weeks, etc.  

Monthly Tasks

  • Select Month from the frequency options.

  • Change the number to "1" for monthly, "2" for every two months, etc.

  • Select which week of the month (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or Last).

  • Select which day of the week.

  • Example: "Every month on the second week on Wednesday" will show the task only on the second Wednesday of each month.

    6. Save the task.
