How do I enable health surveys?

Health surveys were added to the Clean Smarts system in response to the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. This short survey can be enabled as a tool for gathering reports from your employees of the absence of COVID-19 symptoms, as promulgated by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

How to enable health surveys

  1. Go to Admin > Company Settings and find the Health Questionnaire section.
  2. Check the first box to enable the survey for all employee users in your account. The survey appears when users attempt to check into their shift.
  3. Check the second box ("Prevent clock-in if a positive response is given") to prevent a user from clocking in if they report any symptoms.
  4. Click "Submit Changes" at the bottom of the screen to save your settings.
