How do I complete tasks?

You can complete tasks once you check into a shift. If you have tapped on your shift and are looking at the shift screen, the tasks will be visible but you will not be able to tick the checkboxes until you have clocked in by tapping the "Check In" button.

If the task behavior is set to track the duration of the task, you should tap on the checkbox when you start working on that task and a timer will start. When you change tasks, tap on the next task as you start; the timer on the first task will stop and the new task timer will start.

Currently, the only way to submit task information is through the mobile app -- tasks cannot be submitted via telephone or text message.
