How do I remove or archive a location?

First, log into the web administrative portal at https://admin.cleansmarts.com. Then follow these steps:

  1. Go to Admin > Manage Locations
  2. Under the column Action, find the row of the location that you would like to archive and select "Archive Location" in the drop-down.
  3. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your action. Click "Archive".
Archiving a location will remove it from the system but is reversible. To have an archived location restored, send a support ticket via our help desk. To have location data permanently deleted, you can also submit a ticket to our help desk.
