My trial is ending. How do I start a paid subscription?
We're happy that you've decided to use us to help you manage your business. We want you to succeed!
Paying with a debit or credit card (automatic charge)
To start your paid subscription, do the following:
- Go to Admin > Company Settings and click the "Update Credit Card Information" button.
- A debit/credit card field will appear, and after you've filled it out, click "Submit Changes" at the bottom of the screen:
- Click "Submit Changes" at the bottom of the screen to submit your credit card information. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. We use Stripe for processing payments and invoices.
Paying with ACH or check
If you prefer to pay via check or ACH, you can contact support through this help system and we can email you an invoice, monthly.
