How It Works
We’ve partnered with Keyo to bring you palm-reader check-ins as a seamless trigger for clocking users in and out. Here’s how the process works:
- One-Time Registration: Cleaners need to create a Keyo profile, which is separate from their Clean Smarts profile. This registration requires a mobile device and phone number for authentication.
- Keyo’s Role: Keyo is an external service, not a Clean Smarts product. Cleaners must accept Keyo’s terms of service, privacy policy, and biometric agreements.
- Leased Device: The palm-reading device is leased from Keyo, with Clean Smarts acting as a distributor. It requires a power outlet and Wi-Fi to function, and comes with an additional monthly subscription per device.
- Easy Use: Once registered, cleaners simply scan their palm to clock in and out—no additional steps or devices needed.
