How do I view and close issues?

You can view, close, and reopen issues reported at your locations from the web app.

Steps to view and close issues

  1. Go to Quality in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Issues.

  3. Choose which issues to view:

    • Specific Location: View issues for one location only.

    • All Locations: View all open issues across your company.

  4. Click on the issue you want to close.

  5. Click the Close Issue button.

The issue will be automatically closed.

Viewing closed issues

At the top of the issues list, you can switch between:

  • Open Issues: Currently active issues
  • Closed Issues: Issues that have been resolved

Reopening an issue

If you need to reopen a closed issue:

  1. Go to Closed Issues.
  2. Click on the issue you want to reopen.
  3. Click Reopen Issue.

The issue will move back to your open issues list.
