# How do I print or email an inspection report?
You can email completed inspection reports to team members or customers directly from Clean Smarts.
### **Steps to email an inspection report**
1. Go to Quality in the left-hand menu.
2. Select Inspections.
Select a date range to view inspections.
1. Choose whether to view:
- **All Locations:** See inspections across all locations.
- **Specific Location:** Filter to one location only.
2. Click on the inspection you want to email.
3. Click the Email button in the bottom right corner of the inspection.
4. Select recipients from the list (cleaners, customers, or other team members).
5. Click Send.
