You can set a max number for each location and supply item. The system prevents users from ordering supplies in excess of the max. The app will not allow users to request more than the difference between the max and the current level of inventory (plus quantities on order). When the user attempts to push the "+" button on the mobile app, he or she will see a pop-up that will say something similar:
You cannot order more than the max. Qty. on-hand: 6.0000, Qty. already requested: 1.0000, Max qty.: 8.000.
How to set the max level:

Option 1: Click your profile in the bottom left corner, go to Manage Locations, and select a location.
Option 2: Use the search bar at the top left (or press Ctrl+K) and type the location name to go there directly. -
Select the Supplies tab.

- Under the Min level and Order to level columns, click the pencil icon next to the number and update.
If the "Order-to" or maximum level is set to zero, then the system will not impose any limit to the quantity that can be ordered in a supply request.
