How flat fee works
The system calculates flat fee by multiplying: Adjustment hours × Pay rate = Flat fee amount
*The adjustment hours automatically match your shift length.
Example 1: $60 flat fee for a 3-hour shift
-
Shift: 6 to 9 PM
-
Adjustment: 3 hours (set based on shift length)
-
Pay rate: $20/hour
-
Calculation: 3 hours × $20 = $60 flat fee
Example 2: $60 flat fee for a 1-hour shift
-
Shift: 6 to 7 PM
-
Adjustment: 1 hour (set based on shift length)
-
Pay rate: $60/hour
-
Calculation: 1 hour × $60 = $60 flat fee

-
