How can I track work order progress or mark jobs as closed/complete?
You can track work orders through a fully customizable set of statuses that reflect your internal process. Once a work order reaches the last status in your workflow, Clean Smarts automatically marks it as closed.
Update a work order status

Go to Work Orders in the main menu.

Open the work order you want to update.

Change the status to reflect the current stage of the job.
When the work order reaches your final status, it will automatically be marked as closed in the system.
